How do I place an order?
Find your part, choose Add to cart or Order now, then fill in your name, phone number and delivery address at checkout. You do not need an account to order.
How do I know a part fits my bike?
Each product page lists the bike models the part fits and its part number where we have it. Compare the part number with your old part or your bike's manual. If you are still not sure, contact us before ordering.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay when the order arrives.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your delivery area and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed to the courier, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.
Can I return a part?
All sales are final. We accept a return only when we made the mistake, for example if we sent the wrong item. See our Return & Refund Policy.
